Your registration fee entitles you to attend conference sessions and one of the workshops.
To register as a member you must be a member in good standing with all membership fees paid and up to date.

NO CREDIT CARDS accepted at this time. If you wish to pay the registration fee in US dollars, please convert the Canadian registration fee to US dollars and send in with your registration form.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Registration fees, less $50.00 Cdn administration charge, will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing by September 24th, 2004. After this date, registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
