Your registration fee entitles you to attend conference sessions and one full day or one half-day workshop.

* Members MUST be up-to-date with membership fee payment (2005-2006) to be eligible for the reduced registration fee.

(Applies if you will be attending only ONE day. For HALF-day workshops, one-day registration fee applies. If you will be attending TWO days, regular registration fee applies).

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Registration fees, less $50.00 Cdn administration charge,will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing by September 23rd, 2005.After this date, registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.All refunds will be processed after the conference.

STUDENTS

To qualify for the special student rate, you must present proof of student status (e.g. student card, dated letter from your supervisor) when you arrive at the on-site registration desk.
