Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fees, less $75.00 Cdn administration charge, will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing by October 31st, 2013. After this date, registration fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
To qualify for the special student rate, you must present proof of student status (e.g. student card, dated letter from your supervisor) when you arrive at the on-site registration desk.
Registration Fees: Taxes are included
The registration fee entitles you to attend conference sessions and one full day or 2 half-day workshops (if applicable). Banquet and entertainment on Thursday November 14th, 2013 is not included.

(Applies if you will be attending only ONE day. For HALF-day workshops, one-day registration fee applies. If you will be attending TWO-days, regular registration fee applies).
